    Possessing a unique balance of creative and analytic ability, I am perfectly positioned to identify the challenges facing businesses and offer elegant and thoughtful solutions that yield quantifiable results. Experience that is both wide and deep allows for consistent enhancement of brands at their key touch points with consumers whether those are online, in print, or on shelf.

    As the acting Design Director at Elements, LLC, I utilize my core competencies every day as I lead our creative staff in a process to identify and simplify complex business challenges, and through brand strategy and design, remove their obstacles to success. In this role, I lead the development and communication of the visual, functional and strategic vision of the brands that we work with. By leading multiple projects from kick-off and concept development through to completion across platforms in a thorough and inclusive way, I attempt to inspire and motivate both clients and co-workers to be better.

    My work has been recognized both locally and nationally, winning industry accolades in many categories and in 2012 I designed and co-wrote with Amy Graver, a book for Rockport Publishers entitled, "Best Practices for Graphic Designers: Grids and Page Layouts".

    I design, write and speak about branding and design within the community and am an active member of the New York Type Directors Club and was a past board member on the Connecticut Art Directors Club.
